What We Collect
Our contact form collects only business contact information: your name, professional email address, clinic or institution name, project type, and a description of your inquiry. This information is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and assess project feasibility.
Important Notice
Do not submit any patient data, medical records, diagnostic results, or any other information that could be considered PHI through this website. If your project requires handling PHI, appropriate safeguards — including Business Associate Agreements (BAA) and secure data transfer protocols — will be established as part of a formal service agreement, not through this website.
Consulting Engagements
When GioSync AI engages with clients whose projects involve PHI, all data handling is governed by separate service agreements that include appropriate HIPAA compliance measures, Business Associate Agreements, and data security protocols. These arrangements are established independently of this website.
